Bespoke Nature of Our Work
Because our creations are made-to-order and customized specifically for you:
- All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and crafted.
- Design Integrity: As we strictly preserve original embroidery patterns and custom specifications as requested, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind or stylistic preference after production.
